The Dutch/American artist The Scumfrog has been a household name in the underground Dance Music scene since 2000.  

From his timeless early works like Watersong and We Love You, to credible remixes of songs by mainstream artists like Kylie Minogue, Annie Lennox, Missy Elliott, to collaborations with David Bowie, Sting, and Cyndi Lauper (resulting in a Grammy nomination), he has been featured on virtually every prominent label, from Bedrock to 1605, from Positiva to Yoshitoshi. 

With his roots firmly planted in Tech House, and as an ambassador for Deep House long before black V-necks became in style, The Scumfrog toured the world many times over with his unique style of DJ sets. His recent move from New York City to the desert and mountains of New Mexico made him more inspired than ever before, and he is starting 2015 on Hot Since 82's label Knee Deep In Sound with Send Wave, a song he premiered at his legendary sunrise set at the Burning
Man festival.
